1. What is Le Amare Events (LAE) and what services does she offer?

Le Amare Events (LAE) is an event planning and management company in Nigeria. We believe every event is a communication tool and we deliver spectacular events to clients that wants to communicate excellently.

Our services include event consultation, event management and branding.

For our international organizations, in addition to our event services, we offer hotel bookings, Airport pick up and drop off for seminars, conferences and meetings.

2. What types of events do you plan?

We service both corporate clients and individuals. We plan corporate events, retreats, seminars, meetings, conferences, product launch and more.

We also plan and manage social events such as weddings, birthdays etc.

At Le Amare Events (LAE), offer a tailor-made service to fit your requirements. Your event is unique and we have the capacity to fulfill your requirements from start to finish.

3. I am currently out of Nigeria, can you plan my event?

Most definitely! We’ve served clients within and outside Nigeria (some we don’t get to physically meet until the week of their event). You can book our service from anywhere in the world. We execute your event to perfection and you just need to come into Nigeria and enjoy your event.

4. How do you charge for services?

We understand that every event is unique and the scope of your event varies. We will discuss all your event requirements before giving a quotation as obviously fees charged will depend on the date, scale and nature of the event, complexity of planning and our level of involvement.

We have a professional fee charge method that ensure you get the best rate for our service offering. We are transparent with our fees. You will never be charged more than we agree upon and there will be no hidden extras.

7. How early do I need to start planning my event?

Honestly, this depends on the scope and nature of your event.

We advise you to start putting plans in place as early as possible (as soon as you know your event would hold).

Le Amare Events advises engaging the services of an event planner early in the planning phase to allow adequate time to plan, prepare back up plans and get everything in plan.

However, we entertain last minute requests as we have had clients book our service as late as two weeks before their event. Yes, we delivered on the job (smile)

8. What if there’s an emergency? Can we change the date or details without additional fees?

We understand that events are tricky business and emergencies can happen which can lead to change of date or event details. You can be assured that as much as it is within our power, we would accommodate changes to your event and discuss the implications (financial and/or otherwise) with you. We have your best interest at heart.
